Incomplete tile work, property theft and damage

He agreed to lay slate tiles and only glued down 9 square feet and also had access to the house and stole 900$ worth of alcohol, he tried to work nights and drove his truck into the metal garage door and stucco portion of the house then after he got in, hit a garage door opener and water softener The booze he took got him warmed up to 2nd degree sexual assult on a friend staying with us. Then he took off and is now in hiding in North Las Vegas and I have unfinished tile job.

He can look you in the eye and tell you black is white. But he can't complete a tile job or be trusted further than you could throw him.
