MIGH ripoff, debited my account without authorization

I noticed on my bank download that there was a $35.00 charge from a CreditMonitoring/MIGH Company out of CA with a telephone number 800-720-44?? I did not authorize this debit. The first time this happened, a $35.00 debit was made by a "creditwatch.com".

I notified my bank and put this charge in dispute. Temporarily this $35.00 charge was taken off and now I see it again under "creditmonitoring/MIGH". I believe this is the same company that is ripping off other individuals.
