I am writing to report CIC credit reports. I applied for my credit reports on line and did recieve the reports

I noticed the place to check if you would like CIC services to keep a check on my credit. I did NOT check it.

I noticed on my bank statements that I was charged for the service anyway. I emailed their company and got no answer. The next month there was another charge.

I went under their web site and found a phone number. When I called them they didn't deny that I had not checked the box indicating that I wanted their service. They then assured me that the charges to my account would stop but not before trying to give me a sales pitch about how it would be benificial to me to keep their services.

It seemed the only one who would benefit was them. I declined. Now I will wait and see if anymore charges are made to my account. I think they should have to reimburse me for those charges.
