The biggest ripoff of my life

And I still have 4 and a half more years to pay. Horrible. Computer stopped working within a wk. Sent it back; unable to be repaired. Sent me another used one which motherboard stopped working 5 (five) times within a year. Computer was worse each time they 'fixed' it. It still isnt working right, but at least it doesnt blue screen and shut off every 5 min.

These people should be in jail. NBC included.
