Ripoff, and illegally obtained my bank info, STOLE $87.00

Prime Benefits somehow attained my bank info and stole 87.00 dollars from my checking account. After numerous calls to the number listed on the check, (800-862 2026), only to get a busy signal on every call, finally called the number I found on another complaint, (866 991 9090), and was able to talk to someone. (To No Satisfaction though.)

One of the (perpetrators?) finally told me her name was Jordan Cannings and that she was a representative of Prime Benefits. Seems they are supposed to be a company that issues some type of medical supplication card for medicines.

I repeatedly asked how they abtained my bank info and she finally said that the only way they could have gotten it was that the account holder had to have given it to them.

Well, I knew that she was a total liar right then, because I am the holder of my account and, I am a 100% totally disabled Veteran, all my meds and doctors appointments are at the VA Hospital, and I am exempt from even paying any percentages on VA visits or meds. So why would I need this card from them.

Thankfully my account is with Bank Of America, and upon explaining to them what happened, they immediately put the money back into my account. But, the bad news is that I will now have to go close this account and open a new one to stop them from doing this again. Its a real inconvience because my VA Disabillity is on direct deposit and everything will have to be changed.

I hope that someway someone will catch these people and put them where they belong, IN JAIL. Especially Jordan Cannings, if that really is her name.
