Refuse to give refund although gained my membership under falste pretences

I received an email from a friend regarding this training course and enrolled because i trusted my friend. Turns out her phone had been hacked and the link was not from her. Called company and explained and they advised i had to keep it for 20 days. Argued with them and a supervisor advised during conversation that i should just shut up. I advised i would report them and he stated they would call the fbi because i was threatening them. I kept it for 20 days. When i call for refund i was asked did you actually try it. I advised no because i never wanted the prodcut. Was advised if i dont actually try the product I could not get refund. This company is the lowest of the low. I enrolled thinking my friend wouldnt steer me wrong and turns out it not only that it wasnt from her but this company ties you in with this contract basically screwing you out of your money. You end up with less money and nothing in return. They should be effectively stopped from doing this to people. At this point its not only about the money its about stopping this company from doing this to other people.
