Get a D or F in course and same class different pROFESSOR GET aN A

I have been going to Online Soputh University since last FebruARY, I have failed two classes. One was statistics and I got a D. The professor was terrrible. Taught us nothing. You basically read and learned on your own. Now I retook the class with a super professor and got an aA. WHEN i MENTIONED THIS TO MY ADVISOR she said oh it is because you already took the class, Of Course I had to pay for both classes. This just happened again to me I took Managerial Economics received a D. Professor taught nothing assumed you knew it already. I am one week from finishing class AGAIN WITH DIFFERENT PROFESSOR AND i HAVE AN A Go figure. Is this their policy of getting more money. Failing you and then making you pay agin and get an A. It makes no sense to me how I can jump from a D to an A I don't care if I have seen the material already or not. With a D I obviousdly did not get it. Then to jump to an A is just too bizzare. I was just wondering if any one else has had the same scenario happen to them.
