I bought the Project Management course from CBT. I tried for a couple of hours and I didn't like it. I spoke with Jason from customer services and he said that they do not give their money back-the same day I bought this product. I paid $1,000 for this course that I haven't used it because it is like reading a book. I called them yesterday after two months to find out if they could exchanged the PM course to MOS training. Jason, the customer services representative said no. This is not right. The company is not good at all. Please do not buy product from them.
