Spoke with Jason King of CyberCon. Jason insisted that they had 24/7 customer service and pushed services on us that we originally weren't interested in.

After not hearing back from Jason at a specified time we decided to order the service Jason suggested since it wouldn't require further communication from him.

We ordered the service but it was never provided to be functional. We attempted to contact their support several times with no responses to resolve the issue.

We asked for a refund for what we paid (wasn't much) and they refused.

It seems a little amount of money is more important to this company then a happy clients.
