Stolen money out of my checking account Fraud!

I check my checking account online, frequently. I found a charge of $10.47 that came from onlinepublicart.com in Mexico. There is no such website, and I made no such purchase. This is FRAUD and THEFT of my money. I assume the ammount is small so people wont notice the money gone.
