I found an unauthorized transaction on my checking account for the amount of $10.59 that took place on June 17. The only clue is that the transaction was listed to WWWONLINEPUBLICARTCOM MEXICO DF. I have never heard of this company before so I went to what I thought would be the associated website (www.onlinepublicart.com) Unfortunately this website doesn't appear to exist.
