MWI Connections place an unauthroized charge on my credit card

It all started about 2 years ago when I first noticed they did it. They at first charged my credit card for $149.95 and when I called they said that I had signed up for some magazine subscription which I never even knew I signed up for, when I asked that they cancel it ASAP they said they would, but would not refund my money, so I was like ok my loss.

Then not even a year later again they charged my credit card once again for the same amount, this time I was not happy at all. When I called back to talk to them I got the same answer as before, saying that I had signed up for something when I didn't. I told them that I was not at all happy about it and yet again they refused to refund my money.

Now not even 2 weeks ago I get a charge for $1.95 on my credit card bill, and right after that a refund for the $1.95. All I can say is I don't appricate someone charging my credit card without at least contacting me as to what it is for or asking my premission before they do it. If there comes a time when there is enough people in Louisiana to file a suit against this company please count me in, because it seems like they just keep doing this and only change the last part of the company name just to scam people out of money.
