A charge was posted to my debit card on 05-17 in the amount of $16.73 by "WWWONLINEPUBLICARTCOM MEXICO DF" with an authorization number of 501852. I never authorized that transaction nor spoke to any representative of that company. When I attempted to visit that website, the browser reported that it does not exist. This is not so much a case of fraud, as it is one of outright theft.
