Can't get a pell grant because ITT Tech won't release my transcript due to a loan that the institution had me sign for in addition to my student loan. Was only 18 I didn't even know the difference

Itt tech will not release my transcript due to a private loan they gave me. So now I can not get a pell grant to go back to school. Never knew I was signing a private loan through them. Thought it was a goverment loan. They tell me that I have to pay it off before i can get my transcript. I can't even get it put in forberance like my other student loan. The school was a joke now they have messed up any chance of me getting a college education.
