Ripoff

I feel this is a ripoff. I ordered two red delicious k9 root stock apple trees on 04/12, my check number 532 was posted on 04/27 by standard federal bank. I had ask to have them delivered this spring.

I called at least five times asking for information about my order. To date i have not received and answer from anyone. I tried to send a fax but their machine is not turned on. I sent and email and received no answer.

I called and left a massage asking for my money back. I have not received a reply yet. Tell me this is not a ripoff?
