Ripoff Hartford Michigan never rec'd order-tomato plant trees need order or money back

I ordered in the first week of Feb., two tomato plants - trees, and never received them. Have written three times with no response. WHERE ARE THEY? I would like my order or my money back asap. I sent a check to them-#1470 the date was the third of Febraury and the amount was $9.48-also received my cancelled check-still no order, no money.
