Is a ripoff!

This company has taken me for $299.00 for the ebook i ordered it in may so that my son could get a grant to help him with his buisness and to take a course to be certified in the buisness. Today i have sent letters after letters but no reply except my letters coming back as address unknown.

If the address is unknown then why is it showing on the fedx envelope that my book was sent in. I have tried to get my money back but no answer when i talked with the lady on the phone her name was Chandra she told my son that he would qualify for the loan if he waited until he was 18 years of age so he did wait until he was 18 to send in what he was supose to but nothing has come of it.

I think that is cruel and mean to do someone like that they need to pay all the money back to everyone they cheated. I know i have been spreading the word about how they did me and i will continue to spread the word because i have been taken and i don't want to see anyone else get taken if i can help it.
