After looking for an on-line loan, i decided not to borrow any money on-line and went to a regular loan company. Then this unknown check hit my bank account, with a signature not required block, the wrong bank name, and from the saigon national bank. My bank gave me a contact number (ibc marketing, ibc group (866) 402-9808, an asian lady answered, took my information, and said she would send me a check, which i never recieved. I lodged a complaint with my bank, but i lost $616.00 in bank fees.
