Negative Credit Entry From Company We Never Dealt With

Even though we have never done business with BP/CITI, there is a negative entry on our credit report. With no phone number or website available, it is difficult at best to rectify this. I have written to them, and as a result of what I have read here I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest others do the same.
