Ripoff - Company withdrew $139.95 from my account

After watching a paid program for ez quit I call the 1-800 number was told that several magazines were free trials but could be cancelled upon receiving one of the magazines. I was never told about Homeworks plus and they proceeded to withdraw $139.95 from my account without my acknowledgement.

After several attempts to contact easy quit at 1-888-394-6932 (because this is was the number that showed up on my account) which is disconnected. After researching the web I found your ripof site and feel I should report this.

Thanks to one of your reports I got the correct number. I spoke with a Rep by the name of Ann received a confirmation number of cancellation with a promise of 2-3 days to credit my account.

I feel that these hidden companies should have to acknowledge and recieve a verbal confirmation or agree to this before withdrawing any money from their accounts.
