I called net zero nov. 4th 2003 to cancel service starting in Dec. Was told my account was cancelled, but he was giving me a free month of service for the month of Dec. I told him I didn't want it, he said it was free so he was putting me down for it. I said fine as long as my account was cancelled. He said it was.

Then in Jan netzero started charging me again. When I called to complain they told me, because I took the free month, I owed them to start charging me again. When I told the guy I wanted my money back he said I would have to email the main co. Office then he gave me usacomplaints.com's email address as netzero's main office.
