I purchased a MAPP (career matching) package from their website in '05.
It worked fine up until about 04.
They updated their website and my premium features were lost in the transition.
I emailed them several times about the problem yet they do not acknowledge my
Request for help or the fact that I have made a purchase.
Poor, poor, poor customer service. Do not expect helpful/friendly discussions or replies longer than one sentence.
