Ripoff unauthorized debit card charge

I was online checking my debit account and noticed a $9.00 charge. I tried to think of what it could have been but I knew that I had not charged my card. So on my statement I noticed the name WLI RESERVATION REWARDS.

I used a search engine to try and find information. I found out that I was not the only person that this had happened to. I have written a letter re: charge and insisted they return my money to me as this was not a good (or legal) way to do business. I will report to the Better Business Bureau and various others if this is not resolved. I suggest others do the same.
