Ripoff! My check was cashed on Jan. 12 and I still have not rec'd. A thing

I sent a check for $59.00 for package #4 on January 5. My check was cashed on Jan. 12 and I still have not rec'd. A thing. I have no address, phone number, nothing to go back on them to try to get my money back. This is the biggest scam ever. How are they getting away w / cashing these checks and taking people's money and not giving them anything in return?
