Shortly after searching and making online hotel reservations I noticed that my bank account had an unauthorized debit transaction to WLI Reservation Rewards in the amount of $9.00. After investigating, I find that they have yet again debited my bank account for an additional $9.00.
Going to their website which requires logging in to obtain any information I find that they established a membership for me without my consent.in order to obtain any information, I needed to attempt to log in and tell them I didn't remember my password. They sent a password to me. Subsequently, I cancelled the membership through their website and they mailed me a confirmation of same telling me that they will give a full refund $9.00, however, $18.00 was deducted I feel unlawfully from my bank account.
Their website touts that they are a memeber of the BBB. I find this incredibly hard to swallow.
