Ripoff

I also have had to deal with this so called loan company after National City sold my loan to them. I recieved a welcome letter from them and right after that recieved a letter telling me they were going to forclose on my home.

I called them to try and resolve the matter and was treated with little respect and told there was nothing that could be done.

I feel that this place has the intent to buy loans to forclose on them, not to help anyone, and that the really enjoy doing this.

Could it be that they are getting some incentive for doing this? That would truely make them a rip-off company full of scams and corruption, and would indeed warrant an investigation.
