My credit card was charged for $159.95 by Homeworks Plus. I have never heard of these people! I certainly never authorized this charge.
I finally talked with one of their representatives who sent several minutes trying to convince me to join their home improvement club. After strongly refusing and requesting that my credit card be credited she agreed and gave me her ID #.
Although I will get my money back, what about the many others that are being scammed daily? There must be some legal recourse for this type of blatant fraud!!!
