Paid for course - no delivery of material

Registered for Diet and Exercise program and all cash due hasbeen paid-as per contract. The offer was completed in November but I've not received any research material to-date. I've created numerous calls to both advisor, in addition to the phone call center, but I've had no quality.

The consultant maintains he achieved his responsibilities, the phone call center relates me back again to the advisor. Numerous issues have now been increased but up to now I've had no shipping of substance, or any contact from anyone who are able to update me concerning the standing of the problem.
