Miscommunication, false promises, sloppy work

Within the last week of January I sent off the final of my types to Intec, trying to get the Marriage Planner program.in the beginning contact was great, however it began dying. On Feb 3rd I had been guaranteed my verification of registration could be delivered 'briefly'. Nearly per month later, I Would noticed nothing from my student advisor. I ultimately got so * that I requested to become transferred to somebody who could assist me, when I could not afford to become calling constantly from Sweden about publications etc.in The same period that I had been moved, I then found out my publications have been postponed to get a month since 'of the difficulty with my postal code'. I'd paid extra for airfreight for my research supplies, as exterior email might consider a few months... Affirmed, my publications were delivered surface email. Fortunately, Shakier Achmat, whom I Would been used in, stated he'd courier the very first 3 segments in my experience to ensure that i might start learning. No such luck. I acquired 50% of my program, publications from arbitrary segments, and also the initial book lacking. And so I sent again, requesting the very first book. Again, incorrect book was delivered... I acquired the final one instead.

Intec, PLEASE get your work together!!! It is today a few months and counting, and undesirable!
