Ripped off by the rip off protectors

I subscribed to the on-line Consumers Report on 12/23/02 with a payment for 1 year. On approximately 12/3,4 or 5 I recieved a email from Consumer Reports inquiring as to if I wished to renew my subscription. I declined to do so. They sent me a email confirmation acknowledging my choice.

I went to their site on 12/07/03 to gather some info on a purchase that I was considering and I guess because I declined to renew the remainder off my previous subscription was cancelled also. They have not returned answers to my questions as to why at the time of this writing.
