Well it sounds like I am not the only one getting the rim job.

This really urks me to know that some company can just get a card number and go to town with it. I got my bank statement today and low and behold there it is once again - mwi connections taking money.

What the heck is this? So I call the bank, cancel card, call the 1-800 number with the charge on statement and they tell me that the computer system is down and they can't help me call back in an hour or two.

Well ya, I have all the time in the world to sit on the phone and call you to see if you can find my info. Well I have a wazoo of 1-800 numbers and fax numbers so instead of sitting on my phone getting nowhere I faxed each number a nice letter. Give me my money and stop stealing my hard earned cash.

Unlike you I have to work for my money. I don't steal it from someone and then say oh I can't find your information, the system is down, could you call back in an hour or two. Oh and have a pleasant afternoon, Oh you too.

So now I am waiting for one more hour and then the fun will begin. I will continue to call until this is resolved and it isn't resolved until I get my hard earned cash back the honest way. And I hope they don't have to steal it from someone else to give me back my money. I worked hard for it as well as the next person works for theirs.

Thanks for allowing me to vent. I feel much better and the truth is out there. You just have to dig it up and I am going to get it. I also filed a claim with the bbb.
