Ripoff! I have lost my entire life savings and want a refund

This company is indeed a rip-off, absolutely no question about it. I have lost my entire life savings trying to make it work and now am left with nothing. I am curious to learn if we as members are entitled to our money back, or if anyone has had any luck with getting a refund. Also, has anyone contacted a lawyer to see if we have a good court case?
