I got ripped of from a company i never heard of

I saw on my banking statement a deduction from a company i never heard of i called and was on hold for a half hour with the recording the next available representative will be with you shortly. And after so long i felt somethings wasn't right.

So i entered the name in my browser and found this ripoff site at the bad business bureau. Called my bank and was pissed. Now i have to pay for stop payments and all this stuff. Its not fair or right. And i want them to pay for it. Not me. I never heard of them or was on a site that i used my credit card. So how did they get my info i wanna know. I am not happy.
