Kaplan Kalpan keeps on contacting me about faxing over needed documents which they need Tax returns. Kaplan. Edu

I have been attending Kaplan online for about 4 months now and since then I have been contacted 3 or 4 times a day about how they need me to fax the tax return to them. But have done so 3 different times and somehow they keep disappearing once it gets to them. And another thing is I have been trying to contact my Fin Aid officer for weeks but has not got back to me. I was told that my fin aid would cover tuition and then come to find out I still have to pay them about $2500 because I was not covered 100% so they lied to me and now

I am stuck and cant pay the $2500.. But when it comes time to contact them I cant ever get a hold of anyone. I have seen a lot of complaints on kaplan for the same reasons but didnt think I would have to check and see if a college was a scam but now I wish I did. Please if anyone is filing a Class action lawsuit Please contact me.
