Kaplan university is the worst school i have ever attended. The financial aid dept. Is ridiculously slow. I have been attending kaplan since march 25 and it is june 5 and now i have been blocked from signing in. And i am not able to start my june classes because kaplan is saying that i have missing documents. But i don't have missing documents, i have filled out the form that they are saying i am missing 5 times and i have 5 confirmations from me faxing it to them. When i call them they dont respond to me until weeks later. The customer service people are very very rude. Choosing kaplan was the biggest mistake i ever made.
