Kaplan (RIP OFF) Beware

I have been enrolled in Kaplan University online since 08 totally Fin Aide. They are now telling me that I am out of Fin Aid and that I don't have enough money in my Fin Aide to complete my degree. I am supposed to be graduating this year they told me I have funds until March then I am out of luck. I have not got my degree yet, they have switched my graduation date several times. I have 4 more classes until I graduate but they told me I don't have enough money to complete my degree. Is there any class action suits against Kaplan, I see that there are several people that are having issues with Finances / Kaplan... Has any one else found a recourse for this? Please contact me.
