Ripoff Fraudulent credit card charge I never contacted this company and suddenly there is a charge on my card

A charge for $96 came up on my bank statement from MWI Connections and I do not know how. I never contacted this company and suddenly there is a charge on my card.

When I called in the representative could not even locate the record by my name only by my card number. The charge is to my card but for some other name that I do not know.

It is even more frustrating as I ask what I supposedly bought and the representative tells me he cannot discuss it with me because it is not my account only my card.

I asked for a refund and have called inquiring about it and I am assured that I have been credited, yet it has been over a week and my online bank staement shows so credit. I am not sure how else to get my money back.
