Toefl Testing
Took money-won't correct their mistake

As an international student, I am required to take the TOEFL TEST for English. I drove all day to a site in CANADA because they said they didn't have room for me in WA state. Their equipment failed and I could not finish the test. The center told me to contact their compaint department. I did and two weeks have passed and I have not heard from them as to a new test or the refund of my money. They said, "We are investigating!" I will not have my test results in time to apply to colleges. What can I do?
