Ripoff dishonest

Res-Com Enviromental ran an add in our local newspaper as follows.

Res-Com then informs you they are hireing building mold inspectors. All you are required to do is pass the certified AABIE test. The test will run you $500 payable in installments of $100 per month. There are three test that need to be passed.
CBIE (Building Inspection & Mold - IAQ)
CRIE (Residential Inspection & Mold - IAQ)
CMIR (Mold Inspection & Remediation - IAQ)
All test must be passed with a 70% of higher score. Once the test are passed the applicant is then offered a job in their local surrounding area inspecting buildings that Res-Com finds.

I took all three of the AABIE test within 1 week mailed all of the test in on the same day, and was told it would take 24 hours from the time AABIE recieves the test to score them. After 2 weeks I was informed that I had passed 2 of the three test the results on the third were not yet scored. On week 3 I was told that I had failed 2 of the test and would need to pay $50 to retake the 2 test. At this time I asked if the results of the test would be sent back to me so I could verify that I did In Fact fail the 2 test. AABIE stated that it is not in their policy to send results of the test back to the Student.

To take the test you are sent a CD for each one that Includes a Study Guide, and test questions. Alot of the Questions on the test can't be found in the Study Material forcing you to use outside sources of information to answer these questions.

Res-Com/AABIE is run out of the same Office in California. They are not an Accredited School. And the certification that you might recieve from AABIE is only good if you are working for Res-Com. No other National Organization will recognize the certification as authentic.

In my experience with Res-Com they offer you a job based on the certification of AABIE. AABIE then states that you have failed one or more test, without showing any proof to the fact getting you to pay more for the testing.

Res-Com promotes themselves as a National Company yet Res-Com, AABIE are all in the same office in California. When calling the Res-Com customer service number you always get ahold of the same person.
