On Sat 6/06/09 4:55 PM CommercialMillions.com [aka CTI] confirmed my purchase of their BluePrint product and extended a "free" 30 day subscription of their mentoring services. On that same I email, declining the offer. On 07.08.09 CTI accessed my credit card account which I had given to make my purchases and made an unauthorized deduction On 10.08.09 CTI acknowledged my cancellation by email. I have submitted three emails to the firms so-called Support Team only to receive form letter responses with no effort at satisfying my problem. I am greatly distrubed my the firm's lack of response.
