Lastly today Apr. 13 it had been solved. I created more than 40 calls to them and received about 20 from their website. They'd banked my inspections and acknowledged them towards the incorrect balances. Which he'd informed them occurred since whenever we got copies of the inspections ACS had hand-written within the incorrect bill amount within the memo.
