Connections credit card ripoff scam USA

When I opened my credit card bill today I found an unauthorized charge from MWI Connections for $139.95. The charge listed a 1-888 Connecticut phone number. When I called I got a recording that all representatives were busy and was put on hold for 10 or 15 minutes, then the line disconnected.
I called back and got the same message. I then called my credit card company and reported the unauthorized charge. They said they would file a refund request and let me know the result in 30 days. I plan to call the West Virginia Attorney General's office tomorrow.
