Ripoff mistreated and scammed

I have been a very good customer of Shop NBC. For more than two years. About 7 months ago I began receiving calls from a collection agency saying that I owed them more than $2,000.

I went to their web site pulled up my account reconciliation page, provided by them and saw that the items in question had been returned, processed and I received my credit.

NO PROBLEM right? They dispute their own records on their own web page, they even sent me a computer print out from their company records, which matched with mine. I have called and e-mailed so many times, I think I have talked to all the credit and customer service reps. And still I am receiving notices from the collection agency. I feel totally helplessand now my credit is probably screwed.
