Trying to makew me repay a loan that i never used

I was attending this school and the first week we didn't have all our teachers i cant even tell you what happen. I was there all of maybe 2months if they were lucky and was told i would not be responseable for this loan and now it is all over my credit report. I don't see how i can be made to repay what i never used. 12 years late
