Ultrasound certificate

I took ultrasound class at pccti back in 2006 I believe and everything was well when I went and met with Natasha the Director of school. At that day of our meeting I was promised a traning while attending ultrasound class as well as outside training in clinics. I was also promised to be helped to find a job after the completion of the course. My monthly payments were $600-700 a month I worked two jobs at that time so I can pay for school, thinking I would have some benefit from this after I get done with class. At first I was told that I need to have Bachleor of Science and 4 years of school in health field. I said okay. Just before completing the class the whole class was saying different things they been told by school when they came to the interview. I was very upset. I called the branch office in chicago asking them if I need to have 4 year degree in health field for ultrasound tech, I was told I don't have to have it. I've called school so many times asking them tohelp me with finding a job or an intership which I was willing to pay for iPromise after promise, phone call aftet phone call nobody called me back or offered any help. Most of times I was transfered to health coordinator that offers clinicals her name is Bridget. When I spoke with Bridget regarding the situation she offered clinicals to me after 1 year of completing the class at that time I was in college and I worked 8 hours a day I couldn't go to clinicals m-f from 8-5 and it wasn't even paid. I lost my contact with bridget then I spoke with job search people that work at pccti and they were promising they would call me as soon as they find something conveniet for me, but they never did. I got tired of calling and asking for help, at some point I told them that I will pursue the alternative way to get my money back or to sue them they didn't care. Later when I called hundreds of people asking them for job I was told that I must have 2 years of clinical experience and must be ARDMS certified, but that was impossible because nobody didn't want to hire me. The employers said unless I have met the requirements the certificate is not worth it. I feel that I've been ripped off and taken advantage of, therefore, I'm seeking fair justice for my problem and I want someone to help me reslove this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
