After doing some research, and finding no problems, I called to order the study guide from postalbatteryexam.com. While on the phone I didn't feel right, but I still put through the order on my credit card.

Still feeling uneasy, I went ahead and tried to find out more about the company than I had originally found. I found the information I wished I had the first time around, only under a different name.netSpan.

Seeing that people were having problems with their orders and refunds I decided to call and cancel my order. It had been fifteen minutes since I had placed the order, the girl who took my order answered, acted like she didn't know me, said her manager Dana would have to call me back, and refused to give me any last names.

I waited the ten to fifteen minutes she said it would take for Dana to call, and decided to call them back. When I called the same girl answered again, I asked for Dana, was informed there was no Dana there, asked if this was Freddy (Fredrika), and was also told no that I must have the wrong number.

I pull up the web site, postalbatteryexam.com, and go to the the bottom to the NetSpan logo. I clicked on that and called the customer service number for return and refunds.

From there I was told that they could not find my name on file, I must have called a different number, and there was nothing they could do for me.

I have cancelled my credit card so no further charges can be made, and now I have to wait for that charge to go through to dispute it through the credit card company.in the mean time I will contact the BBB, and file a complaint.

It may have only been $129.00, but I will not let someone take money away from my kids and I.in this economy it is hard to stand on two feet.
