Netspan Group
Dishonest Company, Credit Card Information Stolen Atlanta

Education & Science

I recently called up Netspan and ordered the "Postal Battery Exam" study guide online. Not more than 15 minutes later, I called them back up and requested to cancel the order. Without even checking any records in the computer, they said it needed to be sent out anyway and that I could send it back when I got it. I was not impressed by customer service right there. Two days later, I got a phone call from my credit card company with the notification of possible fraudulent charges made on the same credit card I used to purchase the study guide. There were multiple transactions, amounting up to hundreds of dollars worth of charges from Internet sites I have never been to, all occurring since I called Netspan. When I called to order with Netspan, that was the first time I had used the card in a long time, so it was quite easy to trace who had stolen it. The man taking my order did seem a little shaky when I gave my credit card number out. Now, I have to deal with getting all these fraudulent charges off my card.

This is a very dishonest company with extremely dishonest employees and even worse customer service. They are basically selling outrageously priced information that is available for free elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!!
