Unprofessional

For two weeks I have tried to attend Everest thinking they were taking care of all my financial needs with Sallie Mae and the Pell Grant. Well they didn't. I get numerous calls a day asking me to contact financial aid. School starts MOnday all online classes and I have no books. I contacted Sallie Mae and they informed me the school never contacted them. I have been given the run around and the staff is very unprofessional and literally began arguments with me. Deep down my gut feeling told me to get out and I am. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
