Fairbanks Capital Corp outlandish ripoff late fee fraud business

This company is a Joke...

Single Parent Nightmare!!! Nothing but grief and aggrevation since dealing w/Fairbanks. I send out payment every month, if it is late I inlude the late fee. I get constant calls from them stating that I am behind payments/late fees. I have all of my canceled checks, western union reciepts etc etc. I try to have them explain to me what all of these charges are for, but they can not answer any of my questions! Where the heck are my payments going? And why does it take forever to get a payment posted???

I constantly get threat letters in the mail about some escrow account that I owe money on, but they are unable to tell me what it is for? I thought for a long time that I was the only one that was confused about all of this, but now I see it happens to others as well. Is there anyone or department there that makes sense and can answer simple questions?

I have sent large lump sums of money to straighten things out before not even understanding why the charges where so high, but just because I was told that I had to or I may lose my home. I'm not doing that anymore with out a clear explanation of why and exactly where the money sent will be applied. Because Even after doing this my account is still never straighten out... I am convinced they are a fraud!
