Disabled veteran told different stories about late charges and loan ownership

I was appalled at all I was reading about this Fairbanks Capital Corp. I was financed with Citigroup and they sold my loan to Calmco, and they sold it to Olympus, which in turn sold it to Fairbanks Capital Corp. I too have been ripped off by this company. They say I owe them $226.53 in late charges as of this date. I have repeatedly tried calling and talking to them on this matter and always get a different person who tells me a different tale every time.

I have asked them to send me copies of my titles on my home showing them as lien holders and also to send me a copy of Fairbanks holding the security deed on my property. They have not as of this date sent me anything. I am one payment behind and have asked about an extension or putting the payment at the end of my note, but as of this date no answers. I was sending late charges with my regular payment and Fairbanks was not applying my late charges to past amounts but applying them to the principal. I called several times on this matter and was told they were going to apply it to the late charges, but when I got my statement I realized they had just added more late charges.

I am a disabled veteran and have to live on a low monthly pension and am getting nowhere with Fairbanks. Anyone knowing how I may join this class action lawsuit, please respond to my email before they try to take my home from me. I am raising my autistic nephew and talked to Fairbanks, reportedly trying to get some answers and get this matter straightened out, but always got a different answer with no help from Fairbanks.
